Timo Guitars Return Policy

​At Timo Guitars, I take pride in crafting unique, high-quality guitars and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues or your expectations aren’t met, here’s everything you need to know about returning an instrument:
 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for guitars in their original condition, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom builds, I cannot accept returns on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Please email me at jenningsfrance@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and a brief explanation for the return.
     

Refunds

  • Once the returned guitar is received and inspected, I will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on my part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
     

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your guitar arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and the damage to help expedite the claim process.

  • I will work with you to either repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.
     

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on my part.

  • Ensure the guitar is carefully packaged to avoid damage during return transit. Consider purchasing insurance for higher-value items.
